Fabrication
It is the task of WH Bence's Fabrication Team to turn the Designers' dream into a specialist vehicle reality.
Wherever possible, with the exception of tractor units, trailer chassis and major body panels, Bence fabricate all components in-house. With some of the finest aluminium and steel fabricators, carpenters and coachworkers in the industry, Bence has built its reputation on delivering the highest quality specialist vehicles on time and within budget.
As with the Design Team, Bence's fabricators need a flexible approach. With such specialised vehicles and often challenging specifications, the ability to find post-design solutions to create extra space, remain within weight limits, or incorporate additional technology is an essential part of the fabricators' role.

- Marine-quality wood flooring
- Sliding sound-proof doors
- Light-proof doors
- Reception desks
- Fully fitted kitchens
- Secure, harm-proof prisoner cells
Once the majority of the vehicle has been completed, it is passed to the Finishing Team.
